With an unprecedented turnout of 11,023 voters in Precinct Three, Constable Rob Cook was able to garner 64.18% with 7,075 votes and outdistance his opponents who gathered 22.40% equaling 2,469 votes and 13.39% equaling 1,479 votes, respectively. Cook won 27 of 32 voting boxes, with only 73 votes being the difference in the other 5 boxes, resulted in the landslide victory against two opponents. See below.
